Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, International delivery can be provided.  Please contact us for more details.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Returing an item is Eeasy.  Simply fill out the returns form with all the relevant information, including the 'Returns Product Number'  be sure to enclose the returns form in with your item.  Then pop into any Post Office branch with your item, download the QR code that will be sent to your mobile phone, have your label printed at any Post Office branch for a quick and easy return.

 

What is your returns policy?

How do I track my order?

 

You can track and trace your order by Royal Mail.  Input the reference number that will be sent to you.  Your reference number is between 9-27 characters long.

 

What Payment methods do you accept?

 

At present payments are accepted by PayPal.  If you do not have a Paypal account please contact us where other payment arrangements such as bank transfer.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All orders are sent out for delivery via Royal Mail Signed For. This comes with added security and peace of mind, where a proof of delivery requires a signiture.
