DELIVERY INFOMATION
It is our aim to ensure that our customers receive their goods in the best way possible. Please find below delivery infomation outlining the delivery of your goods.
All orders are handmade to order by Leonie JRose.
Orders are despatched within 7-14 working days.
All delivery times quoted are approximate. We aim to have all deliveries to be within 21 days. If for whatever reason it appears that delivery will be delayed Leonie JRose will contact you via email with an explanation and an offer to either accept the delayed delivery or a full refund.
Leonie JRose uses Royal Mail Signed For, in which a signature is required upon delivery. Goods shall be deemed received by the customer when delivered to the given address and signed for.
You have the right to inspect the goods on arrival. The customer has 7 working days after the day of delivery, to notify Leonie JRose via Telephone or email of any claim for damages, conditions or quality of the goods, specifying the basis of the claim.
Failure of the customer to declare claims for damages, conditions or quality of the goods that are not satisfactory shall constitute irreversible acceptance of the goods by the customer.
