By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Leonie JRose will not be responsible.
In order to contract with www.leoniejrose.com you must be 18 years and over and possess a valid PayPal account. When your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order.
O U R C O N T R A C T
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
P R I C I N G & A V A I L A B I L I T Y
All prices displayed on www.leoniejrose.com are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund in these circumstances.
Items on the Leonie JRose website are all handmade to order. Some items have 'limited availbility' whereby a limited number of the item are available and in a certain size. We kindly ask that you allow 7-14 days for your handmade order item to be shipped. You will receive an email shortly after placing your order that will advise on details of your order.
An email will be sent commencing the making up of the item in the make up process and then a further email to advise that the item has been dispached along with details of your order, tracking and shipping information.
P A Y M E N T
At present payments are accepted by PayPal. The monies received upon the debiting from your Paypal account shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have received a confirmation e-mail the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of the goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation e-mail. An email will be sent to confirm your order and a further email upon despatch of your order. If you do not have a Paypal account please contact us where other payment arrangements such as bank transfer or by placing your order over the telephone can be made securely.
