RETURNS,  REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

We know how exciting it is to recive your order and understand that it may not be quite right or you may have changed your mind.  Please find below details outlining the terms and conditions for returns, refunds and exchange. 

We ask that goods are inspected upon delivery by the customer.

 

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

Customers have 14 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays from receiving delivery of their order should you wish to return it.  The product must be in its original condition for a return or refund.  Failure of the customer to declare the return of the product shall constitute irreversible acceptance of the product by customer.

RETURNS

Unfortunately Leonie JRose does not offer free returns at present and therefore asks that it be the responsibility of 'you' the customer to pay for the return shipping cost.  Please kindly note that shipping cost is non refundable. 

We ask you to contact us via email at leoniejrose@mail.com specifying the basis for the return of the items, for us to then issue 'you' the customer with a 'Return Product Number'.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Product Number (RPN).  

To ensure completion of your return, a receipt or proof of postage of the package will be required which can be emailed to leoniejrose@mail.com.  For items over £50 you may wish to consider using a full tracking/sign for on delivery service.  

Please note that the items must be returned free from fragrance or perfume, make-up stains and deodorant marks.  The item must be unworn, unwashed, with the swing ticket  left attached and be in its original packaging.  Upon delivery of your returned item, it will be inspected.  

REFUNDS 

Leonie JRose will not accept items returned that have been altered or are in an unsuitable condition and therefore will be returned back to the customer.  

 

If a refund has been requested by the customer please note that the cost of postage & packaging will be deducted from your refund amount.  Leonie JRose will notify the customer by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.   A refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the goods by the same method of payment used when the order was placed.

EXCHANGE

We do not offer an exchange through the Leonie JRose website.  In the unlikely event should you wish to exchange goods, we kindly ask that the return procedure be applied.  Once the returned  item has been  received and the condition of the goods are met, a refund is processed.
